Guinness Brewery Chicago
I’m a big fan of Guinness beer. I would name black dog or black cat “Guinness”, if I could have them. I can’t wait Guinness Brewery Chicago is coming summer 2023. I’m so looking forward going there!
Guinness glaze is a delectable sauce made using the renowned Irish beer, Guinness stout. This flavorful glaze is ideal for enhancing the taste of meats, particularly beef and pork, with its slightly sweet and savory notes. To make the glaze, you’ll need to simmer Guinness stout with brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and spices until it thickens into a syrupy texture. The glaze boasts a rich flavor that’s infused with hints of caramel, molasses, and a subtle bitterness from the stout.
Guinness glaze is a versatile sauce that can be used as a marinade or sauce for grilled or roasted meats, and it also works well as a dipping sauce for bread or a glaze for vegetables. This glaze is particularly delicious with beef dishes, such as steak or burgers, and it can also be used to add flavor to pork chops or ribs. Additionally, Guinness stout contains antioxidants and flavonoids that have been linked to reducing inflammation and improving cardiovascular health.
If you want to add the unique depth of flavor that Guinness glaze brings to your dishes, you can easily make it at home. It’s perfect for recreating your favorite dishes, such as the mouthwatering Guinness Glazed Burger you savored at the Irish pub. It’s important to note that the alcohol content of the beer evaporates during the glazing process, so the resulting glaze is non-alcoholic.

This sauce goes well with burger, salmon, shrimp, chicken, and chicken wings. I make this glaze, put into a jar, and keep it in the fridge.
