Guinness Glazed Salmon

I make this glaze, put into a jar, and keep it in the fridge. I can use it for chicken, chicken wings, burgers, and steak! This recipe makes about 1 cup of glaze. Please follow my Instagram (kuritomo_cooking), and TikTok (Kuritomo).

Ingredients
  

  • 2 filets salmon
  • salt
  • pepper

Guinness Glaze

  • 1/3 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red chili pepper
  • 1 bottle Guinness 12oz
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat air-flyer 390F.
  • In a large pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Sautee onion once the oil is hot.
  • Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and red chili pepper. Add Guinness, and simmer.
  • Add brown sugar and honey, simmer, and stir for about 15 minutes until thickened. Let it cool.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper. Cook salmon by air fryer, 390F, for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with lettuce leaves and grapes. Pour Guinness glaze on the salmon.
