The squid ink adds a rich and savory flavor to the dish, and the combination of prawns and squid creates a delicious and satisfying texture.

To start, heat up some olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat. Once heated, add the squid to the pan and sauté it until it’s browned. Then, set it aside and add the onion to the pan. Let it cook for about 5 minutes until it becomes fragrant and translucent.

Next, add the rice to the pan and cook it for about 2 minutes. Then, pour in the Squid Ink Paella Aneto into the pan and let it simmer. Cook on high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the prawns to the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Then, add back the squid that you had set aside earlier. Once everything is cooked to perfection, remove the pan from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.

The end result is a delicious and visually striking dish that’s perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself to a fancy meal. With the rich flavor of squid ink and the perfect combination of seafood, this Squid Ink Paella is sure to become a new favorite. Try it out for yourself and let me know what you think!
