Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups salad mix
  • 4 beets , cut into bite size
  • 2 oranges , cut into bite size
  • 2 tbsp walnuts , chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut beets and oranges to wages.
  • Place salad mix, beets, and oranges on a plate.
  • Combine dressing ingredients into a small bowl, and pour on the salad.
  • Sprinkle chopped walnuts.
