Beets and Orange Salad
Pretty color salad! I used store-bought cooked beets, so effortless and great for a dinner party! You can also add crumbled cheese like feta, goat, or blue. Follow my TikTok (@kuritomo) and my Instagram (kuritomo_cooking)!
Ingredients
- 6 cups salad mix
- 4 beets , cut into bite size
- 2 oranges , cut into bite size
- 2 tbsp walnuts , chopped
Dressing
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Peel and cut beets and oranges to wages.
- Place salad mix, beets, and oranges on a plate.
- Combine dressing ingredients into a small bowl, and pour on the salad.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts.
