Persimmon Prosciutto Salad

Persimmon Prosciutto Salad. Fuyu persimmons sweetness and prosciutto saltiness make a great flavor! Blue cheese crumbles or feta cheese crumbles would be nice other than goat cheese crumble! - 5 cup salad mix
- 1 Persimmon peel, and cut into bite-size
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 tbsp walnuts chopped
- 3 tbsp goat cheese crumbled
Dressing
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp onion grated
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- salt
- black pepper
Put salad mix, cut and peeled Persimmon, prosciutto, walnuts, and goat cheese crumbled on a plate.
Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl, and pour on the salad.
