Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 can diced tomato
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 8 oz Crab meat
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Pasta: In large pot, boil the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Make Sauce: In another pot, heat the butter and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant but not browned.
  • Add Ingredients: Mix in tomato paste and diced tomatoes, stirring to combine. Add a touch of sweetness with sugar, and season with salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon.
  • Combine with Crab: Add crab meat into the pot, letting it simmer and absorb the beautiful flavors.
  • Finish the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to create a rich and creamy sauce.
  • Serve: Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce, mix well to coat the pasta evenly.
  • Garnish: Drizzle a bit of olive oil and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
