Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika powder. Next, coat the chicken with flour.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the mushrooms. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper and sauté until the mushroom juice has evaporated. Set the mushrooms aside, but do not wash the skillet.
In the same skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for approximately 8 minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides.
Once the chicken is golden, add garlic to the skillet and pour in white wine and chicken broth. Put the lid on the skillet and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked inside.
Add truffle paste to the skillet and then return the sautéed mushrooms to the skillet. Finally, add Trader Joe's Umami powder to the skillet and stir all ingredients together.
