Beets Colored Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Italian parsley

Egg Coloring

  • 1 tbsp beets juice powder
  • 2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Make six boiled eggs.
  • Once the eggs have cooled completely, peel them and cut them half. Remove the yolk to a small bowl with a spoon and place the egg whites in a food container.
  • Dissolve 1 tbsp beets juice powder into 2 cups of water, pour into an egg white food container to soak. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until it's smooth.
  • Fill a Ziplock bag with the egg yolk mixture and cut the tip-off, leaving a ½ inch hole—pipe filling into each egg white.
