Equipment

  • 1 9 Inch Non-stick Cheesecake Pan Springform Pan with Removable Bottom

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz goat cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 400F
  • Combine everything in a mixing bowl.
  • Place parchment paper into a 9 Inch Non-stick Cheesecake Pan (Springform Pan with Removable Bottom).
  • Pour cheesecake mixture into the pan.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes.
