For the Chicken
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs boneless & skinless
For the Marinade
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
For the Sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp honey
In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Add chicken and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, gochujang, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey until smooth.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange chicken in the basket and brush with half of the sauce.
Air fry for 16–20 minutes, flipping halfway. After flipping, brush with the remaining sauce.
Cook until the chicken is caramelized and cooked through. Let rest briefly before serving.
