Black Truffle Chickpea Pasta

This pasta is so easy, but taste as good as an Italian restaurant! Any pasta should be great. I used "Garofalo No.20-2 Calamarata Pasta - 16 oz" and "La Morra Black Tartufata 6.03 oz" to cook this dish. Please check my Tiktok (kuritomo) cooking this dish. Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp black truffle
  • 1 cup chickpea
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Add just enough water to cover the pasta and boil in a pot. Add butter and pasta. Stir the pasta constantly until the pasta is al dente. Add water if you need it.
  • Once you see the water in the pan was evaporated, add chickpea and black truffle.
  • Add salt to taste as you like.
