Black Truffle Chickpea Pasta

This pasta is so easy, but taste as good as an Italian restaurant! Any pasta should be great. I used "Garofalo No.20-2 Calamarata Pasta - 16 oz" and "La Morra Black Tartufata 6.03 oz" to cook this dish. Please check my Tiktok (kuritomo) cooking this dish. - 8 oz pasta
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp black truffle
- 1 cup chickpea
- salt
Add just enough water to cover the pasta and boil in a pot. Add butter and pasta. Stir the pasta constantly until the pasta is al dente. Add water if you need it.
Once you see the water in the pan was evaporated, add chickpea and black truffle.
Add salt to taste as you like.
