Ingredients
  

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can chickpeas washed and drained
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 5 oz beets cooked
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • black pepper

For Serving

  • mint leaves
  • poppy seed
  • pita bread

Instructions
 

  • Add Hummus ingredients into a food processor, and process until smooth.
  • Serve with mint leaves, poppy seed, and pita bread.
