- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can chickpeas washed and drained
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 5 oz beets cooked
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- black pepper
For Serving
- mint leaves
- poppy seed
- pita bread
Add Hummus ingredients into a food processor, and process until smooth.
Serve with mint leaves, poppy seed, and pita bread.
