  • 1 green onion chopped
  • Micro greens for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp mentsuyu (Japanese seasoning)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp ginger grated

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and slice the carrots and gobo. Thinly slice the beef chuck to ensure quick and even cooking.
  • Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced carrots and gobo, stir-frying until they start to soften, approximately 5 minutes.
